Citrus smoothie

less than 10 minutes  Serves 3

Ingredients

1 grapefruit, peeled and chopped, seeds removed

1 orange, peeled and chopped, seeds removed

1 lemon juice

1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger

3 tablespoon  greek yogurt

1 tablespoon honey

1/2 cup of ice cubs

Method

Cut a slice off from the top and bottom of the orange and grapefruit. Remove all the peel and white pith with a knife. Chop the fruits and remove any seeds. Place all the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
