Healthy Brigadeiro

less than 10 minutes  Serves 2


2 bananas (optional: 1 frozen)

1 large avocado

2 tablespoons of almond butter

2 tablespoons raw cacao powder

1 tbs of honey or maple syrup



sprinkle of chia seeds


Peel and cut the avocado and bananas, then add the rest of ingredients into a food processor with a splash of water and the honey or maple syrup. Blend for a few se-conds till creamy. Keep in the fridge until serving time.
