1 cup water
1 1/2 cups of quinoa flakes
1 cup almond milk
1/4 cup grated coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla bean
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 tablespoon pure honey
1/3 cup fresh strawberry (or preferred berries)
Place the quinoa flakes and water in a saucepan over a medium heat, then add the milk. When it comes to a boil, lower the heat and add the grated coconut, vanilla and cinnamon. Cook for about 5-10 minutes. Stir frequently to prevent the flakes sticking to the bottom of pan. When the porridge is ready, add the strawberries.
