An initial consultation takes about 90 minutes (face-to-face or Skype). Detailed analysis of the questionnaire, filled out by the patient, daily diet and lifestyle. During the consultation we will consider potential stressors, hormonal imbalance, fatigue and food intolerance. After all the information and analysis, a sustainable nutritional program will be prepared based on the patient’s food preferences according to their specific needs and objectives. This includes dietary adjustments, meal plans, recipes, supermarket list all designed to help you achieve your goals. Laboratory testing may be requested if necessary.
