2 bananas (optional: 1 frozen)
1 large avocado
2 tablespoons of almond butter
2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
1 tbs of honey or maple syrup
Topping
sprinkle of chia seeds
Peel and cut the avocado and bananas, then add the rest of ingredients into a food processor. Blend for a few seconds till creamy. Keep in the fridge until serving time.
