Banana cookies

1 ripe banana

1/2 cup of buckwheat flakes (or oat rolled)

1 tbs raw cacau powder

1/2 tsp cinnamon



Mash the bananas with a fork to a thick and sticky dough.  Add the buckwheat or oat, cinnamon and the cacau.  Shape into small balls.  If the dough is too runny, add a little oat or buckwheat flakes but not too much so that the dough does not get too thick & the balls don´t get too dry.  Arrange the balls on a baking tray covered with baking paper.  Bake at 175 degrees (Celsius) for about 10-15 minutes.  Keep the snack balls in a closed glass jar use within 3 days.

*If batter seems a little dry, add a little plant based milk to moisten.
