2 fillets of wild salmon
2 tablespoons of white miso
1 fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon tamarin sauce
2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
Preheat the oven to 180C. Place the salmon fillet in an ovenproof dish and in a bowl mixture lemon, tamarin, miso then apply a layer of miso on the length of the fish and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top. Place the fish in the oven until cooked (approx. 15-20 minutes depending on the oven).
